.Beautiful Disaster.

Was planning to take the long journey down to Azech Building today to return my L'oreal uniform, but couldn't get out of bed when my alarm rang at nine. My mum and elder bro left at abt that time to The Philippine Embassy at Kallang? to renounce citizenship or somethin i'm not really sure abt.... Forced myself outta bed at 1:15pm to watch Oprah. Didn't eat breakfast again. Nowadays i'm only eating 2 meals per day.... but i'm not slimmimg down at all, just merely maintaining. And every night i go to bed (which is abt 3am plus), i'm a hungry woman.

Had a huge urge to go out, esp to Bugis to buy a pair of sneakers but it was already so late. So i decided to venture somewhere nearer n landed up in Lot 1. But b4 tt i went to withdraw some cash at yew tee and e new set of $10 notes popped outta e machine. I didn't know they produced new ones?? Thought it was a counterfeit at first but reasoned it couldn't be since it came out frm the POSB machine itself. Plus it was really pretty n genuine looking, with faint watermarks n a fine texture. It was almost too good to use really.

Shopped around a bit in Lot 1 but didn't find anythin worth buying. So i went to the Library n tried to find the book : "A Little Princess" by Frances Burton(i think) which i read b4 as a child and liked a lot. Wanted to reread it but couldn't find it anywhere (even the children's section) so i browsed ard for other novels. I remembered someone recommend books by Muriel Spark before, and i found a whole collection of books by her in the English section. A few flip-throughs here n there and boy oh boy is she GOOD! I borrowed 2 of her books already. Gonna read them tonight....

Oh yup i picked up the application form for Singapore Idol over there at Level 2. For fun of course, just to see how the application form was like. It was bloody long... with 3 pages of rules n regulations and information you need to know. The first page was filled with cute questions like: "What is your proudest achievement to date?" and "Why should we pick you?" etc... I called my friend Ranjini and told her about it....Guess wat? She's joining!! If she really makes it, i told her i'd be doing banners for her n stuff... It'l be so cool if she went to the finals really...cos then i'll have a friend who would be famous, at least locally. :p
