.Beautiful Disaster.

Haven't been blogging for quite some time. A lot has happened since last friday though. Here's a quick review:

Friday 21st:
Finally caught Troy!!!With Yinghua tt is. Still had cough n running nose but i've decided not to let my stupid illness dampen my spirits. So i ate KFC n drank loads of soft drink. Yah i'm sick in the head i know...

Troy was a phenomenal film. Great filmography n very well written. Casting was good too,with Brad Pitt as Achilles n Eric Bana as Hector, n Orlando Bloom playing e embarassing role of Paris, the spoilt king who confuses some fling for real love n who couldn't fight for nuts. Shame shame...

I'd rate the movie a 4/5, which is a very good rating. The flaw of the film was well, Mostly bcoz there were unbelievable traits in Achilles' character i thought. In my opinion, a man as inhumane as he was, with such disdain for human's lives, would most unlikely fall in love so deeply... Like i don't think there's this capacity to give in him at all. But of course in the movie, in his desperate bid to save his lover from the burning troy, he bought about his own downfall.

Overall a great film. Worth the bucks totally.

Saturday 22nd:
Didn't do much last Sat if i remembered correctly. Woke up very late. Around late noon i followed my parents n lil bro to my mom's friend Melody's condominium. The condo was Carissa Park at Tampines and personally i thought it was a great condo to live in. I could feel how tight e security was (security guards kept walkin all bout e place)the moment i stepped in.
And boy the landscape there was very nice, it almost felt like i was holidaying at a resort in Bintan. Went to swim at the lovely looking pool... Real nice warm water with the resort kind of ambience...Totally romantic.
It sucked coz i was swimming on my own.
It sucked too coz my parents were there just a few metres away looking. Irritatin* Super no freedom...
I vowed to live in a condo apartment when i grow up. I want to enjoy life like tt... Like everday is a holiday.

Sunday 23rd:
Woke up god damn early at 5am. Had to get ready for Big Walk. I really couldn't get myself out of bed, especially when i only went to bed at 1:30am the night before...But anyways i manage to make e long journey via mrt to Plaza Singapura. And boy oh boy was the human queue there damn long... Like a big fat snake. Lucky i was late (reached at 7:30), heard my cheerleading mates queued up for 45 mins! And when the chartered bus came we got hurdled in. All the Big Walk ppl wearing the Big walk tee got squeezed into each bus until we were packed like sardines. Then the bus drove excrutiatingly slow to the venue, not suprising since the place was damn jammed.

Overall i thought the Big Walk event was a FLOP. We were there to perform, to cheer the crowd on n do stunts. But the weather was damn freaking hot, the path was damn crowded with ppl u just kinda lose all enthusiasm. I was sick n hungry. That definitely wasn't my definition of fun :(

And our smallest n younger member of our team fell down from a shoulder sit stunt. His forehead hit e ground n he had this huge bump. Ouch factor **** Got treated by the medical personnel there n he attracted lots of media attention.

Damn this entry is getting too long. I'l shut up here. Don't know for wat reason i'm getting hot n bothered...Must be my running nose. Sux :(
