Yippee!!! I've finally managed to make this new blog layout work, and to add music!

I feel really satisfied *beams*

Okie so loads have happened ever since i last posted. Even more is going to happen this week. Why?

Well because..................................................

I'll be attending the NUS Arts Camp!!!!!!!!

Yeah, and to think i just finished my Japan Cheerleading camp last Saturday.....

I'm exhausted but i guess school is gonna start soon and i have to be hype n going all the time already...

Well enough crap, here's a quick update on wat happened the past few days:

Thursday to Saturday:

The CAS (Cheerleading Association of Singapore), which was just formed last year by the way, organized a Cheerleading Camp by the worldwide Champion Cheerleading instructors from Japan.

Well it wasn't some camp realli, more like a workshop. No overnight stays or meals provided etc etc...

And it was Super tirrinnnngg..............
Every day started out with warm up exercises, includin stretching then cheering. Then there were trying out of stunts...

But they were realli GOOD cheerleaders. Even 'Good' is an under-statement. They could realli lock they're bodies well, had strong cardiovascular muscles to propel the flyer upwards. Their enthusiasm n energy was infectious even. Great eye contact, sharp motions and all the right techniques...

Well they are WORLD CHAMPIONSanywayz.......

And then on the 2nd day it was basically the same old tiring stuff.

The only difference that day was that they had cheer jump tests and of course the Bangkok Uni members took home all e glory of best jumpers.

Well to enlighten u a bit, amongst all of Asia's cheerleading teams, Japan is the very Best, and within South-east Asia its the Thais. And in last years' Thailand Nationals for Cheerleading Competition, Bangkok University bagged the honours for coming in tops in open category....

Which explains partly why they had e $$$money$$$ to fly all e way to Singapore just to attend a cheer camp. Wat commitment to the sport! *respect*

And then on e last day, it was the most fun because all teams had to put up a mini performance for all to showcast wat they had learnt throughout e camp. Since my team had so few ppl who could make it tat day, we had to alias with Temasek Poly Blazers:

Well needless to say Bangkok won again for this mini performance thingy. In fact they were named Best Cheer team for the entire camp.And from the few interactions i had with the Bangkok team ppl, contrary from wat most ppl think, they are far from being proud or haughty. In fact the Thai hospitality in them was so stronng that
i ended up befriending A member...

Yar lar only one cos i'm kinda shy around ppl........ *yeah rite*
