Wat a boring existence...

Stayed home practically e whole day, just to pacify my parents...Apparently my folks are gruntling at how often i'm always outside of e house.

Like please??? Wat is there to do at home really but to watch stupid tv, surf e net aimlessly or indulge in some readin(which i can very well do at nights). I'm a Young Adult. I need to explore the world, or at least tis small island.

I can't wait to break free frm parental grasps. I wanna be independent, esp financially, so i don't have to be at anyone's beck n call...But its hard. Like i think my folks will only give me freedom when i'm 30+. And THAT is no exaggeration.

Sometimes i think rebelling is the only way, since diplomatic reasonings never work in the household. But i'm a weakling. I still care abt hurting others. And besides i'm living off my parents $$$. For now, thats wat i need the most.

Sianz...

Anywayz caught the movie King Arthur. Late night show at West Mall. I thought it was a pretty good film, though Troy was better. But Troy was one bloody long movie. Arthur had a tad too many battle scenes, which were quite similar to Troy's battle scenes. Both used archery very oft and both shot those fire balls that wiped out thousands of men. Swords were pretty much worthless even back then for war fights. Unless u're talking abt man to man sparring.

Keira Knightley was stunning as Guinevere. Her love scenes with Arthur were not convincing though...but they married nonetheless. And Lancelot died, after repeatedly been denied true liberation. Sad pity. He was a loyal friend and true knight. Watta waste.

But then again the movies love to kill off such characters. Supposedly to evoke strong emotions...:P

I'd rate it 3.5/5 popcorns. Fair enuff.

Go catch it if u're a die hard fan of Knightley n if u've got cash to burn in e theatres. Don't expect flesh parades like tt of Troy though. U'd be utterly dashed.

Just my 2 cents worth,
