I think i'm falling sick. The periodic headaches...the blocked nose...can just feel it coming...

*shrivels at thought of spending xmas sick in bed*

And oh my darling-reckless-impatient dog hurt his paw today...Came into my room and left all those bloody paw prints on the floor...So sayang...Mom said he twisted his claw while running too fast on the concrete floor... *shakes head*

And he keeps licking at it...made my room smelled all bloody too...Eww...

Went for my usual cheer training. Today's performance shows i'm getting poorer in stunts. Can't even do a steady doublebase. And we had a 100m sprint at NYP track, and i was the slowest... My legs just felt too wobbly while running...and it sux seeing everyone overtake u one by one...

Damnit I lack exercise...Physical fitness really going downhill. But i HATE exercising. Never mustered enuff discipline to run on my own either.

My dad just brought a treadmill 2 days ago. Its invading the house this Friday. Will be placed on the parquet floor. Marvellous. Tat floor is gonna crack under the weight of the machine and people running on it. But honestly, i dun think the machine will give me any impetus to run. I am juz too freakin lazy...

I gotta change tat attitude fast. Gotta shape up my idea, and then we can shape up that figure. Hopefully.
