.Beautiful Disaster.

I am offically addicted to chocolate bubble tea at Lot 1. I drink it twice every week at least, four times maximum. And its 2 bucks per cup, so i'm kind of a regular there. The uncle knows me so well, he knows i speak chinese, studies at NUS and is currently single. That said he still finds every opportunity to put too much ice into my drink, just to cut that teeny weeny bit of cost, despite my complaints that if its too cold i get serious tooth-aches. Wat a scrooge~

And talking abt Singapore's women obsession with body weight n appearances, even the elderly is catching up wit the trend. My grandma keeps insisting she isn't fat, and weighs herself to prove it to everyone at home. She's only 60kg she claims, even after eating curry puffs, bee-hoon and god-knows wat else. I think its ironic ppl always feel guilty about eating too much, yet hardly feel guilty about exercising too little. Well u can eat as heartily as u like, as long as u exercise it all off right? That said few people have enough discipline to stick to some exercise regime, yet they think they have no displine to abstain from food.

And my french (1) is over and done with. C'est fini! Though there's still a week left of french, totally ungraded. Shall miss so many things abt french this semester; the incredibly funny lect class, thursday waffle days, acting out mini scenes in tutorials, blabbering broken french sentences and finishing class late into the night. Somehow my french lect class gave me some semblance of a proper sch life once again, cos of the class-like setting and all. Sometimes uni life can get just so montonous n lonely. I shudder to think it'd be even worse next sem when we choose our major and all. :(

And gone is my liberation for the next 3-4 weeks. Soci, PS and SS readings beckon and i'm still far from getting into the study mode. Gotta get serious...fast...
