.Beautiful Disaster.

Weeks after the exams, i'm still stuck to my study table almost every other day. But this time its the laptop not the course packs or books. To be more precise, its Sims 2 university addiction.

Its so cool, i just have to rave abt it a bit here~ :) The game is a much improved version of the original Sims 1. Besides fulfilling the lil Sims needs like hunger n bladder problems, u have to fulfill their aspirations as well, and get rewards for doing so. In this Sims university, u get a whole neighbourhood(3 different kinds) pre-customed for you, all with a sprawling university campus in it. Teen Sims get sent to university where they will all emerge as full adults, complete with career n marriage aspirations etc etc.

In campus, there's various halls/fraternitys where different groups of teen Sims stay n hang out together. You get the Sorority girls, The Changing Paradymes(?) cliques, the former a bunch of popular gals in campus, the latter a group of creative, electric guitar slammin punks. The campus has mega shopping centres, cafes, gardens and libraries where the undergrad Sims hang out. Basically you have to fulfill individual Sims' needs, including fitting in and falling in love, while balancing the pressures of academic requirements to get promoted from freshmens to sophomores n finally graduate. Hence there's assignments, term papers, exams to complete. You can even change your majors or if you don't do well enough to get promoted, repeat a year...All that and lots more... :)

Okie i sound like some hardcore gamer but i'm not *really*. I'm still the tv junkie and very much more loving Desperate Housewives' Mike Delfino, who btw is married and has 2 young children already but i couldn't care less. :P

And the Survivor, The Apprentice, AMI4 finales are all cumin soon!! And after all that, there will be nothin except desperate housewives left worthy of watching. I sense an oncoming tv drought. Boo~
