It takes just tt one post to spoil my mood
And make my blood boil for a bit

What the hell is wrong with you?
We're over and done with,
And now i'm accused of not attempting to stay in touch
Fine i do not want to speak to you,
You're not that big a deal really
And you upset me, everytime.

On a much more positive note,
I wanna watch "The Magdalene Sisters"
Ever since watching "Sex in a Cold Climate" in Sexuality lecture,
I really wanna get a hold of this movie
It tells of the story of 4 young girls,
Who alledgedly accused of being "fallen women" in 1960s Ireland
Were virtually imprisoned in Magdalene asylums
Confined to the job of washing dirty linens
In order to "purge away their sins and shame"
The repressiveness and sheer cruelty of the place is esp. haunting
And the documentary itself is way compelling

Religion is a societal construct no doubt,
Yet if that is the case, is there ever such a thing as absolute truths?
If you modify the biblical scriptures to suit your own lifestyles
And see no dissonance between certain aspects of your personal life with your faith
Isn't taht like selecting parts of the religion for what favours you
And ignoring the rest that disturbs your senses.
Aren;t most of us guilty of that?

To choose a life of religion is to pour yourself into a life of neverending doubts.
