.Beautiful Disaster.

My dad got me a new swanky black Vaio laptop
Completely out of the blue!

I was kinda shocked when i got his msg this morning in Church
And didn't quite believe it till i saw it on my table!
*hyperventilates*

My old trustee laptop was painful to let go
Its been with me since the very beginning in Yr. 1
And its lasted for real long, only crashing once early this year
It has all my memory stashed in photographs and files
The keyboard has the occasional stain-marks of food n milo
All from those 'mid-night oil' mugging moments

My pet peeve with my old trustee lappie
Was that it was far too bulky to carry to school
The times i carried it to my intern workplace was bad enough
To make me hate my job a thousand folds more
Because i had to walk a sweltering distance
and carry my 2kg lappie on my arms.
And then there was the battery that lasted barely 30mins
Because the big screen consumed wayyy too much power.

Now, my new Vaio is so chio
I might just bring it with me to classes every damn day

I shall miss you though old trustee!

But for now, my little accessory is soooo stealing the show =D
